Our Story
TW Tree Care was founded by Trevor White, who started the business at just 16 years old, and he never looked back. Trevor was climbing trees by age 12 with a chainsaw on his harness, following in the footsteps of his father who shared the same love for the trade. From the very beginning, tree care wasn’t just a job — it was a calling.
Years later, that same passion drives everything TW Tree Care does. Our team is trained in the art and science of tree care, and we’re proud members of the National Arborist Association and the International Society of Arboriculture. Every project we take on — from a routine pruning to a full removal — is held to the same standard.

GROUNDSMAN
Groundsmen are the backbone of every job we run. In this role, you’ll work alongside our climbers and operators to make sure each job runs safely, efficiently, and to the standard TW Tree Care is known for. Services vary by season and include prunings, removals, and related tree work.
What you’ll do:
- Assist tree climbers and arborists during pruning and removal operations
- Operate ground equipment including chippers and hand tools
- Clear and process brush, logs, and debris throughout the job
- Set up and maintain safe work zones on job sites
- Keep equipment clean and in good working order
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
What we’re looking for:
- A clean motor vehicle record
- Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor work in all conditions
- A reliable, hardworking attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior outdoor or labor experience is a plus, but not required
CLIMBER
Our climbers are at the heart of what we do. You’ll use your aerial skills to carry out prunings, removals, and rigging operations while setting the standard for safety and quality on every job. Services include seasonal pruning, removals, and other tree work.
What you’ll do:
- Perform aerial pruning, trimming, and tree removals using proper climbing techniques
- Rig and lower sections safely to the ground crew
- Evaluate trees for hazards and communicate findings to the crew and client
- Guide and support groundsmen during aerial operations
- Operate and maintain climbing equipment, ropes, and aerial saws
- Uphold safety standards and all company safety policies
What we’re looking for:
- A clean motor vehicle record
- Demonstrated tree climbing experience, including rope and saddle, pruning, and removals
- Knowledge of tree biology and sound pruning practices
- ISA Arborist Certification is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
BUCKET TRUCK OPERATOR
As a Bucket Truck Operator, you’ll use aerial lift equipment to carry out tree work safely from an elevated platform. This role calls for both solid equipment operation skills and a working understanding of tree care — and a professional who can lead by example in the field.
What you’ll do:
- Safely operate bucket trucks and aerial lift equipment at job sites
- Perform pruning, trimming, and tree removals from the aerial platform
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
- Set up safe work zones and coordinate with the ground crew during operations
- Identify and communicate tree hazards or structural concerns to the crew lead
- Ensure all work meets TW Tree Care’s quality and safety standards
What we’re looking for:
- A clean motor vehicle record; valid CDL required
- Experience operating bucket trucks or aerial lift equipment
- Familiarity with tree pruning and removal techniques
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness on job sites
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
